3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Started: If you cancel a service before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made, minus any administrative fees.
  • Work In Progress: If you cancel a service after work has begun, we will assess the work completed and issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and the terms of the service agreement.
  • Completed Work: Once a project is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. If you have concerns about the final deliverables, please refer to our revision policy outlined below.

4. Revision Policy

We offer a reasonable number of revisions as part of our service. If you require additional revisions beyond what was agreed upon, these may be subject to additional fees. If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverables, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. We will work to resolve any issues within the scope of the original agreement.

As a rule of thumb, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our work and will strive to address any issues before considering the project complete.

  • Custom Work: For custom or bespoke work, refunds may not be possible once the project has commenced.
  • Third-Party Costs: Costs incurred from third-party services or tools that are non-refundable are not eligible for a refund.
